Accommodation fee includes:
- Prices are for one-night stay and open buffet breakfast included.
- Prices are inclusive of 12% VAT
- Earliest possible date to check-in is 1 June 2024, latest possible date to check-out is 10 June 2024.
- Participants will select their check-in and check-out dates during accommodation booking. A total fee will be applied according to the days to be stayed.
- Participants will stay in standard rooms. For third person or the child, an extra bed will be provided.
- Accompanying persons cannot attend the meetings unless they are registered.

Cancellation policy:
- In order to confirm registration and accommodation applications, all fees must be duly paid. No guarantee will be granted for the applications done without any or partial payments.
- Cancellations done until April 1, 2024 will be fully reimbursed.
- Cancellations done between April 1, 2024 – April 30, 2024 will be reimbursed by 50%.
- After May 1, 2024, no cancellations will be reimbursed, and if there is a due amount, it should be duly paid.
